All items purchased from us can be returned only if the item is not described correctly, within 5 days of receipt, in the exactly same condition. Prior notification is required, buyer will be responsible for the shipping and insurance cost both way. Items not in our inventory, who are purchased on buyers request from other sellers or collectors cannot be returned. Payments must always be made in advance, North American institutions can be invoiced according to their requirements. Payment by credit cards or PayPal ( Visa or MasterCard) are subject to a fee of 3.5% for domestic transaction, and 4.5% fee for international Transactions. Payment over $2000.00 are not accepted by credit card. We accept also Bank Transfer, cashier's checks, and checks as payment. In the cases of checks or Bank transfer, please understand the the item(s) will ship only after payment is verifiably cleared as "Funds collected" by our Bank (7-10 business days for checks - 48/72 hours for Bank Transfer). Shipping cost will be charged at cost and the buyer will be notified of the exact amount. Items are usually shipped with full insurance by FedEx or UPS: Ground - 2nd day - Next day. International orders are shipped with full insurance only by FedEx - UPS or DHL Express. All orders should be insured, as we will not be financially responsible for loss. Virginia State residents must pay a sales tax of 6.00%. An exempt purchaser must provide a properly completed Virginia State Resale Certificate (Form ST-10) or the equivalent resale authorization from another State. Items will not be released unless all sales tax requirements are satisfied. Purchases shipped outside of VA State are not subject to sales tax. Any contract arising from this website is made under U.S. law. The invoices that are not paid within seven (7) days will be void.
